STEVEN KESSNER ANNOUNCES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT 154 E 106TH STREET

Steven Kessner reported that their building at 154 East 106th Street has recently had all new wiring installed throughout and is in the process of having a new boiler installed. Kessner, president of the R.E. Group, which is the largest “for profit” apartment owner in East Harlem, stated that this $50,000 upgrade is a continuation of the company’s policy of reinvesting in their buildings to maintain their value for the long term. Steven Kessner has been a major factor in the renaissance of East Harlem for 25 years, turning distressed buildings into quality, affordable housing.
Steven Kessner, president of the R.E. Group in East Harlem recently announced that its buildings at 234 & 238 East 116th Street will have their electric wiring upgraded. This follows all new gas piping in one of the buildings. The boiler has also been replaced in the last few years and many apartments have been totally renovated. Kessner stated that his company is committed to long term investment in its buildings and these improvements are in the tradition of continually upgrading them to provide quality, affordable housing.
